TO:Ace는 무엇인가요

TO:Ace(투에이스)는 대학 연구실의 행정 업무를 대신 처리하는 AI 비서 서비스입니다. 주식회사 화이트쿼카가 운영합니다.

교수님이나 연구실 구성원이 메일이나 서비스 화면으로 일을 맡기면, TO:Ace가 그 일을 처리하고 결과를 보고합니다.

• 연구비 관리 시스템에서 과제·집행 내역을 조회하고 신청서를 작성합니다.
• 영수증과 증빙 서류를 모아 정리하고, 정산에 필요한 문서를 만듭니다.
• 산학협력단 등 담당 부서와 주고받는 업무 메일의 회신 초안을 쓰고, 이용자의 승인을 받아 보냅니다.
• 출석 코드 안내처럼 정해진 일정에 맞춰 되풀이되는 일을 처리합니다.

Google 사용자 데이터를 어떻게 사용하나요

이용자는 원하는 경우 자신의 Gmail을 읽기 전용(gmail.readonly)으로 연결할 수 있습니다. 연결된 메일은 이용자가 맡긴 일을 처리할 때 관련 메일을 찾아 읽는 데에만 사용합니다. 예를 들어 "지난달 카드 영수증 메일을 찾아 정산해 줘"라는 요청을 받으면 해당 메일을 찾아 내용을 확인합니다.

• 메일을 보내거나 지우거나 고치는 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
• Google 사용자 데이터를 광고, 판매, 프로파일링, AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 연결을 끊으면 가져온 메일 사본을 즉시 삭제합니다.

이미지 생성 및 NCII 관련 안내

TO:Ace에는 이미지나 영상을 만드는 기능이 없습니다.

TO:Ace는 Google API나 Google 사용자 데이터를 AI로 만든 동의 없는 성적 이미지(NCII, AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery)를 만들거나 고치거나 퍼뜨리는 데 사용하지 않으며, 어떤 형태의 성적 이미지에도 사용하지 않습니다.

About TO:Ace (English)

TO:Ace is an AI assistant service, operated by WhiteQuokka Inc., that handles administrative work for university research labs. A professor or lab member assigns work by email or in the web app; TO:Ace looks up and files research-fund records, prepares forms, organises receipts and evidence, drafts replies to university offices for the user's approval, and reports the result.

Users may connect their Gmail with the read-only scope gmail.readonly. It is used only to find and read the messages a requested task needs. Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, never used for profiling, and never used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models. TO:Ace does not generate images or video. TO:Ace does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create, alter or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or any sexual or intimate imagery.
